We suggest double checking your items and address details to ensure the correct details are confirmed at checkout. Once your purchase is placed we can not accommodate any cancellations or changes. If you wish to make a refund or exchange after you receive your product(s), please visit our Return and Exchange page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
For all orders, please allow 2-3 business days from the date of purchase for your parcel to ship.
Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing.

To maintain the quality of your swimsuit, we recommend hand washing it separately with cold water and a gentle soap after each use. Avoid soaking and dry it in the shade. Do not pack wet bikinis with other garments and avoid keeping them balled up, especially when wet.
Please be aware that Thermae Swimwear does not take responsibility for customs clearance fees or any delays caused by customs procedures in your country. Our online store prices exclude overseas duties or customs charges, which are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
Although we meticulously inspect all items prior to shipping, if you experience any concerns such as an incorrect, missing or damaged item, please promptly contact us via email at info@thermaeswimwear.com and notify us within 24 hours. Our team will address the issue and offer assistance accordingly.
If you encounter any issues with a promo code or gift card not working, we recommend copying and pasting the code at checkout or reviewing its expiry date. If the problem persists, please email us at info@thermaeswimwear.com, and we'll assist you further.
